Join Annabel (Yoga with Annabel) and Wendy (Wendy Day Wellbeing) for this June workshop, where you will find a sense of clarity, connection and calm.
A morning of space and time for you to reset your mind, reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system.
We will begin with a reflective workshop to learn how to identify and manage overwhelm, then move into a slow, supported, breath-led yoga session to get out of your head and into your body, shifting your nervous system into calm.
Both sessions offer valuable techniques you can go back to again and again.
